Writing of a Will
1wills.com offering online writing of a will services through out whole Malaysia. 1wills.com also provided face to face will writing services but only for Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
Pro:
It’s time saving as there are no waiting time for meeting up in some places, no traffic congestion issue, later for appointment and etc.
It’s save cost of travelling to appointment places (for those choose not to meeting up with will writing agent in their own house for their own reason)
Cons
Time consuming on waiting for queries to be answer.
Telephone charges may increase due to lot of query to be ask.
Pro
Face to face and find out the answer on the spot.
Con
Late to appointment due to traffic problem.
Whatever pro and con for the online and offline will writing, it’s not so important, as we know that die without a will writing, it will make our loved ones from going through a very complicated legal procedure and sometimes will facing family disputes due to distribution of assets.
